Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
  • Return Request: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery via email with your order number and photographs of the issue.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Exchanges: If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same item or another item of equal value.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or bulk order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged on arrival.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
